Open Question: 2008 Ford Focus, under 12,000 miles, sputters and wants to stall while in any gear, slowing down pressing gas?

I have a 2008 Ford Focus, I just had it shipped from germany to florida where it sat for about 45-50 days. The car runs really well, all the fluids are at the right levels under the hood. The oil is full and still clean from the last change in germany. The ONLY issue that worries me is that while I'm driving it wants to stall out while I'm in gear, whether im pushing on the gas or not. She idles fine, no desire to stall there, its while im actually driving. It does this tug thing and jerks a little bit and feels like it wants to stall out. That's the best way I can describe it. I have no idea what the issue is, but I am pretty broke right now and would love a cheaper solution than handing it over to the dealership and having them fix it. I would love to be able to fix whatever it is on my own, but dont know much about cars. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Car still has warranty on it, if that changes anything..
